Purpose
Preserve the retired Edlio export record as historical context for a former website-facing directory data path.
Current state
This workflow is no longer active and should be treated as retired historical context. Atlas keeps the page because Integr8r evidence and SQL assets still show how the former Edlio export worked, but it is no longer part of the current production integration footprint.
Next step
Record the retirement date `[placeholder pending review]` and any successor or decommission notes that should accompany this historical record.
Interfaces
Inputs- Aeries student and staff records
- Integr8r Edlio SQL contracts
Outputs- students-data.csv and staff-data.csv style exports for Edlio ingestion

Data integrity and contracts
Source of truth rules
- Aeries is canonical for source student and staff records.
- Edlio should be treated as a downstream distribution surface, not an authoring source.
Safe handling
- Do not expose credential material or transfer endpoints.
- Treat exports and logs as restricted operational data.
- Document field-minimization and publication approval controls.
Operational notes
Reliability posture
Implementation evidence is strong (enabled Integr8r job plus SQL assets), but the config is still annotated as unfinished and needs production-scope confirmation.
Observability
- Integr8r runtime logs
- generated export artifacts
- vendor ingest success validation remains partially undocumented
Security and privacy
Contains restricted student and staff identity data. Export files, credentials, and transfer artifacts must remain internal and access-controlled.
Dependencies
Upstream- Aeries data quality and school mapping consistency
- Integr8r Windows runner and scheduler
Downstream- Edlio website/directory data surfaces

Operational Notes
- Method: Aeries SQL extract plus secure vendor file transfer via Integr8r.
- Implementation: Integr8r
Edlio job with SQL assets under Edlio/SQL/, including student and staff export contracts. - Runtime posture: retired historical path; keep only for reference until retirement metadata is fully documented.
Registry Alignment
- Registry status:
INT-084 is now retired. - Registry clarified: Atlas keeps this page as historical documentation rather than an active integration record.
- Validation gaps: retirement date
[placeholder pending review], prior business owner, and field-level publication governance history.
