Purpose

Historical classroom management tool retained here because later district work explicitly references transition from NetRef to Classwize.

Current state

Integr8r confirms this is legacy, not merely historical lore. A `NetRef` job still exists in `Config/Config.ps1`, but it is disabled, batch-disabled, and configured only for a simple Aeries student export with upload turned off. That is strong evidence of a formerly supported connector retained in production config for continuity rather than an active current platform. Current registry state: historical or retired reference, not a current production target.

Next step

Operational ownership, scheduler, and runbook details still need validation. Yes - confirm whether any residual site-level dependency remains. Integr8r now clearly supports the deprecated classification.

Data integrity and contracts

Source of truth rules

  • Historical classroom roster and student-context export from Aeries to NetRef. remain the authoritative upstream inputs for this workflow.
  • student roster and classroom-management context. should be treated as downstream copies, recipients, or operational consumers rather than the authoring system.

Safe handling

  • Protect credentials, generated files, logs, and any transient export artifacts.
  • Treat student identifiers, rosters, and related records as FERPA-restricted data.
  • Limit staff identity, employment, or account data to approved administrators and business owners.

Operational notes

Reliability posture

Historical reference with stronger Integr8r retirement evidence. Failure Impact / Manual Fallback: not applicable as a current target. Failure impact: Operational drift, stale data, or manual reconciliation burden. Manual fallback: not applicable as a current target..

Registry Alignment

  • Mapped registry entry: INT-055
  • Registry clarified: Integr8r confirms this is legacy, not merely historical lore.
  • Validation gaps: Operational ownership, scheduler, and runbook details still need validation.
